The term 'Home Office' simply means that you do most of your everyday work at
home or wherever you may be, while meeting your clients and customers where it is
the most convenient for you and them. Once we have found the right home
or condo, I usually take the buyer or buyers to the nearest restaurant and write the offer over a cup of
coffee. I have found that a restaurant is much less intimidating than a real estate office and
the buyers seem to really like the idea!
